"W" is for Winter at SOSS
I've retained my crown for another week at the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers, WooHoo! and the challenge this time is "W" is for Winter. Gotta say, I could have done 10 cards for this theme (yeah, I live in CA now but I'm a still a Midwest girl at heart. Besides, having your nostrils freeze is something you never forget).
The cool digital paper is from the Winter Serenity pack from We Are 3 and the image is from Bugaboo Stamps. I printed Stella right on the digital papers and colored with Copics and used a fair amount of Stickles for sparkle. The sentiment (are you singin' yet?) was also computer generated. I resisted the urge to add dimensional snowflakes, just in case I may want to actually MAIL it to someone who is suffering. And inside...
You betcha! Now run right over to the SOSS Challenge Blog and prepare to be amazed by the SISTAHS! And I'm sure you all have some choice words to say about the white stuff, so come play along. Thanks again for letting me retain my crown for another challenge, ladies. It's good to be QUEEN!
I'm also entering this in the DL.Art December Linky Challenge, Bugaboo Holy Flurry of Chaos, Simon Says Wednesday AG, Jo's Scrap Shack FFC #262 AG, and the Outlawz Tuesday Color Challenge using the middle row down (blue-ish trees, neutral sentiment, and snowflakes). also the Outlawz Paper ala Mode Snowflakes Challenge.

SOSS "F" is for Fantasy
Okay, here's a quickie just under the wire for the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers "F" is for Fantasy Challenge that ends in a few hours. Since Fantasy is also my second favorite "F" word (just like Edna), I just couldn't resist.
I've had this idea in my mind for several years and just never got it together. So sorry that Lisa, of Bloobel Stamps, is no longer in business, because her quirky images are some of my faves.
Here's a closeup since I'm not sure the "sparkle" is all that visible. Images are colored (rather quickly) with Copics and the "sparkle" is from Stardust Stickles.
(So THAT's where that stuff comes from. Who knew?)
I'm also adding this to the DL.Art November Linky Challenge, Jo's Scrap Shack #260 AG, 2 Crafty Critter Crazies AG w/animal, Crafting From the Heart #228 AG, and the Outlawz Monday Greetings Fantasy Challenge.

50 Shades of...
Oh those gals at Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers certainly are a hoot. Their current challenge is G is for Grey (as in 50 shades OR the color) and although I've not read the book don't plan to see the movie (at least on on Valentine's Day. Seriously?) I couldn't pass up the chance to dabble in a bit of S&M. LOL
First up is from my "go to" bondage set called Femdom from Smeared Ink. Got a bit of the inspiration for the front sentiment from Snarky Sister Chris and my HDH Minion Sister Susan. I managed to borrow Edna's tie to the image and matted it in a few less than 50 shades, but I love how it came out.
And the inside. Obviously it's been one of those days. I'll also be adding this to the February Smudgy Antics ATG Challenge and A Step in The Dark Challenge 15.
And then she grew a pair! Fabulously empowered Long Tall Latex Sally by Ike's Art (precolored even, why mess with perfection?) I again borrowed Edna's tie and printed it for a background. Added 3 shades of grey metal dots and Sally is fussy cut and popped for emphasis. (You GO girl!)
And inside... Found handcuffs image on the net, thanks to inspiration from Chris again. So there ya go! I'm also entering this in the Ike's World Make Us Laugh Challenge (well, I'm pretty sure at least Ike will laugh) and Left of Center Glamorous Girls (or LOC, depending how you look at it.) LOL
So whatever floats your boat this VD, ENJOY!
