We're wavin' flags and setting off fireworks for our Dilly Beans Patriotic Challenge this week and I've turned the new #562 Hypno Eyed Monster Framed into Uncle Sam using the hat from #329 Top Hat Snowman. He's fussy cut and layered outside his frame (cut with a Nestie). The fireworks are stickers, the flag a cupcake decoration and USA is from the Cuttlebug Curls and Swirls Alphabet (retired).
