Elf Antics Day 13

I've recently started a new crafty hobby of needle felting.  Gotta say, repeatedly stabbing a mound of wool with extremely sharp objects is amazingly therapeutic, especially during these times.  I just finished some mushrooms and attached them to a small wooden base and added some snow.  This morning, who should appear but the little cutie.  He's actually a cousin to Erf and Feenix (all made by Kerrie Anne Sawyer) and thought he'd pop in for a visit.

He hasn't told me his name, but I guess he wanted to check out what the other elves are up to during the 8th Annual Elf Antics Linky Party at DL.Art.

  1. What a cutie. He looks right at home among the mushrooms. Maybe he is a bit shy and will tell you his name once he feels more comfortable around you.

  2. Yes, I can see how needle felting would be very therapeutic, especially in these crazy times. Not only therapeutic, but with beautiful results! They are gorgeous, Donna! And the newest member of your elf family looks so cute showing them off!

  3. I love your needle felting! I would love to try it too. I have a sweet ornament I bought last year with little felted mushrooms in it. Maybe, Sara can find it on our tree.

  5. Wow, I just love this new cutie and I've never heard of needle felting and now I need to look it up. These mushrooms are beautiful! I need to catch up on all the elf antics because I'm way behind. This has been the craziest year..and now our whole family has colds. So yeah..
