Santa's Coming!

I've been having some fun coloring the quirky images from Bloobel Stamps and decided to use one of the non Christmas images for a Christmas card.  This is Football Fan.  Now the little dude actually has shorts and cleats on, but he looked so excited with his stocking cap and scarf that I thought a little crop would be in order to have him looking out the window for Santa.  The moon is cut with a Spellbinders Circle and the Santa's sleigh is from Joy Crafts.  The sentiment is computer generated and popped as is the moon and sleigh.

Here's a closeup of Football Fan.  He's colored with Copics with a bit of shading with Prismacolor pencils.  I marked around the image lightly with a pencil using a Spellbinders Square to determine where to fussy cut the scarf and then positioned it under the die to cut the image.  Then I made a frame, again using the Spellbinders Squares and carefully pulled the scarf ends over it.  I really think it turned out cute, don't you?

I'm rushing to enter this in the Outlawz Monday Greetings ATG challenge as a new theme starts tomorrow.  I'm also entering this in the DL.Art November Linky challenge, Aud Sentiments Cute + a Sentiment, the ABC Christmas Challenge "V" is for Vertical, and 613 Avenue Create ATG
