I couldn't resist doing another Christmas card with A Child's Year. The adorable vintage images really speak to me, and although I know Scherenschnitte (papercutting, actually "scissor cuts") originated in Germany, it reminds me of my Swedish background, especially when done in red and white. I did a bit of welding of the image to a frame from Storybook. The holly accents are also from A Child's Year. I thought the simple design might look pretty against a woven background which I then embossed with D'vine Swirls in my Cuttlebug. Unfortunately this picture really doesn't show the detail.
