We, at The Cuttlebug Spot, are participating with other fabulous challenge blogs to bring you a Recipe Challenge Blog Hop. The challenge includes a sketch, inks, paint or spray, lace, 3 of some embellie, and of course, embossing. You know I'm no scrapper, but although I tried valiently, I just couldn't pull off the sketch as a card. I took some liberties, but didn't do too badly with my 8x8 inch layout. I used Distress Inks to stamp my banner using Stampin' Up stamps (thanks, Lillie). The lace is obvious, and both the banner, embossed with Swiss dots, and the letters spelling "girl", cut and embossed with the Cuttlebug Monogram Seals Emboss Plus folder takes care of that criteria. I've included 3 bows as well as 3 Prima flowers with pearl centers. The DP's are from me&my Big ideas. You can begin the Blog Hop at The Cuttlebug Spot to see the sketch and follow the links to the other Challenge Blogs for a chance to win prizes.
In case you're wondering, that's me with my Daddy (back when dinosaurs roamed the earth). Who do you think looks more proud?
You actually did great!!!
