This week there's no excuse not to play along with The Cuttlebug Spot. All you have to do is make a Christmas card using some type of embossing. I've bought so many new Christmas folders this year I've lost count so I looked over the ones I hadn't yet opened and came across these hanging ornaments (I'm pretty sure from the HSN release). They were perfect for the ADORABLE Peggy Loves Vintage Santa Cut-Outs 1 image I WON as blog candy from the sweet and talented Miss DeeDee! Thank you so much DeeDee! You know how I love Peggy Loves Vintage and this downloadable set is one I didn't have. This sweet Santa went perfectly with the ornaments folder and also gave me a chance to break out my MS ornaments border punch. WooHoo! the sentiment is cut form the 2009 Cuttlebug release called Season's Greetings. The matting, gorgeous image, punch, and embossing were really simple, but added up to one quite professional looking card if I do say so myself. LOL I'm gonna make multiples of this to send for sure.
I cut a rectangle out of the embossed mat with my Nesties long rectangles and popped it using 1/8th inch foam tape. The image is also popped within the frame using 1/16th inch dimensionals. I really like how the popping enhances the ornament border. This is our last challenge for the year for The Cuttlebug Spot so be sure to stop by to view the lovely creations by my DT sisters. We all wish you a wondrous Holiday Season! xxD

I am with Velta, I want that CB folder with the ornaments.. :-( I was just talking to Lillie and she said you weren't feeling well, I hope you are better today. This is just absolutely GORGEOUS. You are such a little enabler, now I will be hunting for that CB folder and probably never find it. And the border punch is just to cute.
