I've used Gecko Galz Beautiful Music Collage Set for the main image and sentiment, changing the color of the sentiment and cropping it in my Printmaster Platinum Program

Other: Core'dinations card stock and Cuttlebug Music embossing folder sanded to highlight the embossing and torn to add to the image which was matted in black and mounted on a blue card base.  Dimensional music embellishment are from my stash.
