It's time for another Macabre Monday at HDH and this week our challenge is Out! Out Damn Spot. Create and dark and macabre project that features spatter, splatter, drops or drips. It doesn't have to be bloody (but mine of course is). But there are plenty of things creepy, drippy, gooey, oozing things that can go SPLAT! I've used the Simply Betty Burton-Weenie stamp, Pipper and turned her into a prom queen a la "Carrie". She's colored with Copics and has a Darice crown and making Memories Vintage Findings bouquet. The bucket of blood raining down on her is a freebie from Tiddly Inks HERE that I've resized and recolored in my PrintMaster Pro program and printed on transparency and I've done the same with the blood spatter on the floor which is actually another TI Ink Spot background that comes with the Love Hurts Image (that I can't seem to find right now). The blood spatter mat is from a MS Halloween mat pad and the window is cut with my Nesties Mega Ovals Large. The sentiment is compter generated and cut with Nesties Labels Ten. The flourish behind is a Cricut scrap cut that I've trimmed by hand.
Across the top I've added more blood with the MS Drippy Goo punch and then some corners with the MS Gothic Fence corner punch. The mat and transparency layer are popped to allow room for the crown and flowers and the sentiment and flourish are as well. The rest of the Minions have rocked this challenge so be sure to take a look at HDH and why not play along?
FABULOUS - Love this. The transparency is genius :-D
