It's another Macabre Monday and first I want to thank everyone for participating in our 100th challenge last week at Haunted Design House. Your projects were awesome and I certainly hope we see you again. This week our challenge is Kreepy Kids. I'm pretty sure my fans of the dark side will find my offering amusing, but I worry a bit about my mainstream followers and I'm hoping no one will take offense. I found the image on the net at Motifakes by somawhale. Fabulously creepy, eh? I've fashioned a sort of Gothic "blankie" using an MS punch around the page set. I was sort of channeling "Rosemary's Baby" here, one of my all time fave movies. The sentiment was done with my Dymo. No surprise I don't have kids. LOL I'm also entering this in the Forever Night Challenge Good or Evil Challenge. Guess you can tell which this is. So pop by Haunted Design House and check out the rest of the Minions creations and while you're enjoying the dark side, have a look see at the inspiration over at Forever Night Challenges as well.

People need to be able to take a joke. Did you put in the disclaimer that no children were hurt in the making of this card. I think it is hilariously brilliant. x
ReplyDeleteThe sentiment is funny! I think it's genius, because people are meant to squirm. LOVE it - even if I have got my fingers up to the screen covering the erky dolly face! x
ReplyDeleteOh my WOW! That's creepy girlfriend! LOL! All your details make this scary card wonderful! You're awesome! HUGS! :)
ReplyDeleteBwahahahaaaa! Love it!
ReplyDeleteCreepy! I think it should be turned into one of those "it's ten o'clock do you know where your children are?" PSA's.
ReplyDeleteIt is going to be a good day :) First thing I looked at this morning and had to laugh out loud!!! And...the sentiment pretty much sums it up!!! Thanks for the funny start to my day my friend, I needed it :)
ReplyDeleteOMG!!! This is sooooo FUNNY!!! I almost spit my coffee out onto my computer screen. THAT should be the warning you're giving! LMAO!!! I'd say if your kid looks like this, you're definitely doing something wrong in the parenting department! HAHA! I love it, Donna!!!

ReplyDeleteThis is so creepy and so awesome! I love the design how it is folded up so you can tuck in your sweet loved one at night. I dunno. That looks like a parenting WIN to me!
ReplyDeleteBTW, my brought a book to the hospital when she gave birth to me (you know they kept you in 5 days back in those days). It was Rosemary's Baby. Later she thought that might not have been the best decision.
